During my recent Christmas trip, the hotel I chose had great facilities including a pool and gym. The location was also convenient, being close to many local landmarks and attractions. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, that made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy.

The room I was given was lacking in cleanliness and seemed poorly maintained. I also found the temperature control difficult to manage, with the room either too hot or too cold.
